Profile:
After obtaining a degree in BSc (Chemistry) he joined G.R. Kare College of Law for further studies. He excelled as a law student and topped the law examination for all the three consecutive years. He is a gold medalist of the Goa University at the Third Year LLB examination. He did his post-graduation in law from the Goa University and had a brief stint as a lecturer. He is presently a practising Advocate and has been appointed as a Special Public Prosecutor by the State Government. He has served as the Secretary of the South Goa Advocates Association and also of the Law Graduates Guild. He has been appointed as a Member of the Salcete Taluka Legal Services Authority.
