Live Streaming of Event titled “Touching lives while touching the Moon- India’s Space Saga”
To commemorate ‘National Space Day’, the NSS Unit and EBSB Club organized a live streaming event titled “Touching Lives While Touching the Moon – India’s Space Saga,” which began at 9:30 AM in the Smart Classroom. The event, aimed at celebrating India’s remarkable achievements in space exploration. The session included a series of informative presentations that highlighted key achievements such as the Chandrayaan and Mangalyaan missions, the role of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) in global space research, and the impact of these missions on both scientific progress and societal development.
A total of 143 students (44 male and 99 female) attended the event, demonstrating a keen interest in the subject matter. The interactive live streaming event not only provided a comprehensive overview of India’s space exploration history but also inspired students by illustrating the practical applications and future possibilities of space science. Following the live streaming, was an interactive discussion that allowed students to engage deeply with the content. The enthusiastic participation and thoughtful discussions reflected the success of the event in fostering a deeper appreciation for India’s contributions to space exploration. Attendees left the session with a strengthened sense of admiration for the nation’s achievements in space science and a keen interest in pursuing opportunities in this field.
