He is a practising Advocate and Notary appointed by the State Government. He completed his BSc and PGDCA from Chowgule College and thereafter completed his LLB from G. R. Kare College of Law.
He is currently serving as President of the South Goa Advocates Association (2022-2024) and has previously served as Secretary of said Association.
He has also served as President of the G R Kare College of Law Alumni Association.
